  • Starting Date Of Online Application Form Submission: 18th December (Monday) 2023 at 12:00 PM.
  • Closing Date To Online Application Form Submission: 5th January (Friday) 2024 at 11:59 PM.
  • Admission Test Date: 23rd February (Friday) 2024, 24th February (Saturday) 2024, 1st March (Friday) 2024,  9th March (Saturday) 2024 at 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

  • The application (http://admission.eis.du.ac.bd/) will be done through this link. Applicants on this site will be able to see the admission guidelines, notices and links of all the units of Dhaka University. Before applying to any unit, please read the guidelines and website guidelines carefully. Also read the instructions in the yellow box on the method page.
  • To apply for admission in any unit, click on the ‘Apply / Login’ button of the Dhaka University admission website.
  • After clicking on the ‘Application / Login’ button, the applicant’s Higher Secondary / Equivalent on the ‘Application / Login’ page Give ‘roll’ by providing the Roll Number, Examination Roll Number, Board Name and Roll Number of Secondary or equivalent exams Click on the button and the applicant’s secondary and secondary examination information and applicant on the next page If you have the ability to apply to all the units, click on the ‘confirm’ button.

DU Admission Eligibility 2024

In order to participate in the admission tests of various units at Dhaka University, the students need to meet some specific conditions. Different conditions are mentioned below for each unit.

UNIT A/ KA

  1. Must have total combined GPA 8.50 in SSC and HSC from the Science Department, and GPA must not be under 3.5 in any of the examinations.
  2. Only the candidates who have passed the HSC examination in 2023 can apply.

UNIT B/ KHA

  1. Must have total combined GPA 8.00 in SSC and HSC from the Humanities Department, and GPA must not be under 3.o in any of the examinations.
  2. Only the candidates who have passed the HSC examination in 2023 can apply.

UNIT C/ GA

  1. Must have total combined GPA 8.00 in Secondary and Higher Secondary examinations from the Business Studies Department, and GPA must not be under 3.5 in any of the examinations.
  2. Only the candidates who have passed the HSC examination in 2023 can apply.

UNIT D/ GHA

  1. Must have total combined GPA 8.50 in SSC and HSC from the Science Department, and GPA must not be under 3.5 in any of the examinations.
  2. Must have total combined GPA 8.00 in SSC and HSC from the Humanities Department, and GPA must not be under 3.o in any of the examinations.
  3. Must have total combined GPA 8.00 in Secondary and Higher Secondary examinations from the Business Studies Department, and GPA must not be under 3.5 in any of the examinations.
  4. Must pass the Higher Secondary examination in 2023.

UNIT F/ CHA

  1. Must have total combined GPA 6.50 in SSC and HSC examinations, and GPA must not be under 3.o in any of the examinations.
  2. Only the candidates who have passed the HSC examination in 2018 can apply.

How to Apply For The Admission Test

Currently, the online application for the Dhaka University admission test is being possible. To apply, first go to http://admission.eis.du.ac.bd this website. Then after going to the site, you need to click on ‘Apply Now’. After that filling up the required information of the table, you have to submit the application. There are more detailed guidelines provided on the Dhaka University website. After completing the application, you need to download and print the admit card.
